http://www.getchurch.org/cgi-bin/weblog.pl A Newsletter For and By A Community of Grace. en http://www.getchurch.org/cgi-bin/weblog.pl/2006/08/11#God_of_Power <P>God of Power,</P> <P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; When I stop and think about it, I see that I am surrounded by evidence of Your power and love.&nbsp; I read of Your amazing miracles.&nbsp; I see a forest of towering trees that grows from small acorns.&nbsp; I take a breath.&nbsp; It is all Your doing!&nbsp; I can only conclude that there is no one like You!</P> <P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I confess that I have often limited my own understanding of You by turning away.&nbsp; I overlook Your hand in day-to-day events.&nbsp; I fail to give You credit for each moment of my life.</P> <P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You brought the children of Israel through the Red Sea.&nbsp; And now You bring me, Your child, through another day.&nbsp; It is all the same to You!&nbsp; Because of Your love, You have done this.&nbsp; You long for me to understand how deeply You love me.&nbsp; You have given me these examples to make it easier to follow You.&nbsp; Who is like You, O Lord! </P> <P>(Bruce Wilkinson, WALK THROUGH THE PENTATEUCH) <BR></P> <Edited by 69.156.156.220 on Fri Aug 11 14:04:29 2006>
